SHIPPING

We have carefully selected our delivery service providers. They have been chosen based on their ability to offer you the high-quality service required by Casalto.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive by email a regular update of your order status until the delivery arrive to your home. You can also view these details at any time in the “My Orders” section of your account. Therefore it is important that you have entered a correct email address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you want to return one or more products, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Please note that the cost of return is charged to the customer and that all returned products must have been purchased on www.casalto.com. They must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Casalto reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet those conditions.

In case of a delivery error or defective product, please contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery, at contact@casalto.com. We commit ourselves to deliver you as soon as possible the product conforming to your order. All costs of return being charged to Casalto in this condition only.

REFUND

Casalto proceeds to the refund of the returned product, (except delivery costs), after receipt of the product and validation of its conformity with our procedure described on this page by our quality service or from the date on which you provide us with proof of the shipment of these goods, the date chosen being the date of the first of these actions.

The amount of the returned product will be credited with the same payment method used for the purchase.

In case of use of a promotional code, Casalto refunds the amount paid with the reduction of the promo code.

PAYMENT

SECURE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT

Our electronic payment system is certified by Stripe, we guarantee total and secure confidentiality of your transactions. Casalto never keeps any of your order payment information.

For each order, an invoice will be sent to you by email.

Please note that once the order has been confirmed, you can no longer change the details you entered.
